• Custom monthly video (Star tier): Delivered monthly, within 10 business days of receiving the member's brief (chosen location, outfit, and message).

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations

Cancel anytime from your Ghost account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds for partial periods.

For Star tier: if you have submitted a brief before cancelling, that month's custom video will still be delivered. Future months won't be charged.

Services are provided in English. The Aoki Sisters characters Emily and Erika are AI-generated. All prices are in USD. Services are delivered remotely to customers worldwide.

返品・交換・キャンセルについて

Ghostのアカウント設定からいつでもキャンセル可能です。キャンセルは現在の請求期間の終了時に有効となります。日割り返金はいたしかねます。

Starプランについて：キャンセル時点でブリーフをご提出済みの場合、当月分のカスタム動画はお届けします。翌月以降の課金は発生しません。
